An elegant, aromatic Graves Blanc with a lovely combination of citrus, ripe pear, peach and exotic fruit. Notes of mango, lychee, passion fruit, grapefruit and a hint of ginger also come to the fore. The oak ageing imparts subtle vanilla notes and added roundness. Fresh and lively on the palate, followed by a creamy, full-bodied structure and a long, slightly briny, mineral finish.
Grapes: 45% Sémillon, 34% Sauvignon Gris, 21% Sauvignon Blanc
Barrel ageing: approx. 8 months in French oak barrels, on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
Excellent with oysters, shellfish, scallops, langoustines, salmon tartare, grilled fish and seafood. Also lovely with chicken, veal and mature goat’s cheese.
