The cognac is a blend of approximately 240 different eaux-de-vie that have been aged for between 4 and 20 years in toasted French oak barrels.

Origin: Made from grapes sourced 65% from the Grande Champagne region and 35% from the Petite Champagne region.

Aroma (Nose): Rich, generous aromas of plum and fig jam, combined with notes of toffee, brioche, and toasted bread.

Taste (Palate): Very smooth and creamy on the palate with hints of butterscotch, baked spices, and a subtle touch of dark chocolate.

Finish: A long-lasting, velvety finish in which the influence of the oak comes through elegantly.
