A refined, aromatic white Bordeaux with notes of pear, white peach, citrus, green mango and acacia blossom. Fresh and lively on the palate, followed by a soft, elegant structure. Ageing on the lees adds extra roundness and texture, whilst the finish remains beautifully fresh, slightly briny and mineral.

Perfect with oysters, shellfish, ceviche, scallops, grilled white fish and light fish dishes. Also excellent with delicate poultry dishes, fresh Mediterranean dishes and soft cheeses. The estate also recommends this wine with dishes featuring a pronounced salty or iodine-like note.
