A white wine from the Les Collines du Bourdic estate in France, in the Duché d’Uzès – Southern Rhône/Languedoc region.
A refined and gastronomic white wine blended from Viognier, Grenache Blanc and barrel-aged Roussanne.
The nose is floral and complex, with aromas of white flowers, honey, ripe yellow fruit and subtle oaky notes. On the palate, it is rich and expressive, with notes of vanilla, dried fruit and a lovely creamy texture, underpinned by fresh elegance and a long finish.
Ideal with truffle dishes, white meat and fish in sauce.
Taste profile:
Full-bodied – floral – honey – ripe stone fruit – soft vanilla notes.
Barrel ageing:
The Roussanne is fermented and aged in oak barrels, which adds extra complexity, roundness and subtle oak influences without overpowering the fruit.
Ageing potential:
Enjoyable to drink young but has sufficient structure to develop further. Ageing potential of approximately 3 to 5 years, with an optimal drinking window between 2026 and 2030.
