A fresh and fruity rosé from the South of France with expressive aromas of strawberry and raspberry, and a subtle spicy note of white pepper. Light salmon-pink in colour, smooth and refreshing on the palate with an elegant dry finish. An ideal wine for al fresco dining and perfect as an aperitif or with summer dishes.

The wine undergoes cold maceration before pressing to preserve maximum fruit expression and freshness. Ageing takes place for approximately 3 months prior to bottling, presumably exclusively in stainless steel tanks — without oak ageing.

The grapes come from selected vineyards around Carcassonne and Minervois and are harvested at optimal ripeness for maximum fruit intensity and freshness.
