Medium San Rafael is created from a light touch of Pedro Ximénez to a dry Oloroso that produces this type called ‘Amoroso’, a name that honours the smoothness obtained in the long ageing process through the traditional system of ‘Classes’. Its alcohol and body allow you to drink it with ice.
