Intense on the nose, in which the fresh fruits stand out: peach, pear, green apple, citrus, grapefruit and floral background. It is very broad and structured in the mouth. It has a balanced acidity. An explosion of fruit that shows a slight sensation of final bitterness, typical of the Verdejo variety and a long persistence of fresh fruit. The Verdejo grape is a Spanish grape variety, originating from the Rueda area (North-West Spain, just below the city of Valladolid). The Verdejo grape generally produces fresh, fruity wines with a nice acidity; the aroma is pronounced and the taste soft. As soon as you smell and taste a Verdejo wine, you just know it is a Verdejo.
