A fresh and aromatic Verdejo with notes of green apple, peach, citrus and floral aromas, complemented by a subtle spicy/aniseed-like hint. Ageing on the lees gives the wine extra creaminess, structure and length, without the wood overpowering the fruit.

Excellent with fish, shellfish, sushi, salads, tapas, white meat and Mediterranean dishes. Also delicious with grilled fish served with a light sauce.
